11. Testing ezmlm-idx

11.1 Take an existing archive.

  1. % cp DIR/archive/0/index DIR/archive/0/idx.tmp
  2. % ezmlm-idx DIR
  3. % cmp DIR/archive/0/index DIR/archive/0/idx.tmp
  4. % rm DIR/archive/0/idx.tmp
The files should have identical contents, provided that the archive was maintained by ezmlm-idx>=0.12 and that DIR/prefix hasn't changed.
